What is the return policy?
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at 021 038 6005 or store@bellebouquet.co.nz within 24 hours of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging. In some cases, a small restocking fee (up to 15% of the order value) may apply. Refunds are processed at our discretion to the original payment method.
When will I get my order?
We deliver across Auckland Monday–Friday between 12 pm–2 pm and 4 pm–6 pm, and Saturday between 12 pm–4 pm.
Same-day delivery is available — just place your order early to secure a spot. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your postcode. If you need a specific time, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to arrange it.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
