Refund policy

At Belle Bouquet Ltd., we are dedicated to providing the highest quality in our floral arrangements. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us directly at 027 282 9517 or via email at bellebouquetnz@gmail.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to accept returns if you simply change your mind. However, if there is an issue with your order, requests for returns must be made within 24 hours of delivery. If we agree to accept a return (for credit or refund, at our discretion), the items must be returned in their original condition and packaging at your own expense. Please ensure that the products are securely packaged, as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items in transit.

In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 15% of the invoice value may apply for accepted returns. Refunds will be processed at our discretion using the original payment method.
