Once your order is confirmed, we will aim to dispatch it within the selected delivery time frame.
For Auckland metro locations (non-rural), we currently offer same-day delivery during the following weekday delivery windows:
• 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM (orders must be placed by 10:00 AM)
• 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM (orders must be placed by 1:00 PM)
Orders placed after 10:00 AM will automatically be scheduled for the second delivery window where available.
For urgent deliveries outside of these time frames, please contact our team directly. Additional delivery charges may apply.
For deliveries to offices, commercial buildings, hospitals, schools, apartment complexes, or business premises, customers must provide complete and accurate delivery details, including:
• Full business name
• Street address
• Suite / Level / Unit / Office number
• Reception or company phone number
• Recipient’s phone number
• Recipient’s working hours
Deliveries must be scheduled within the recipient’s business operating hours.
If delivery information is incomplete, incorrect, inaccessible, or the recipient is unavailable, the order may be returned to our studio and additional redelivery charges may apply.
If the recipient is not available at the delivery address, flowers may be left in a safe location where appropriate. Belle Bouquet cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft, weather damage, or deterioration once the delivery has been completed.
While we always strive to meet requested delivery windows, delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed due to traffic, weather conditions, building access restrictions, or unforeseen courier delays.
Orders containing cupcakes or baked goods may require additional preparation time and advance notice.
Claims relating to damaged products must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
