Delivery details
Please include the recipient’s phone number, full delivery address and any access instructions at checkout. This helps our driver reach the recipient and avoid delays.
Businesses, apartments & shared buildings
For offices, hospitals, schools, apartments and other commercial buildings, please include:
- Business or building name
- Full street address
- Unit, floor, suite or office number
- Recipient’s phone number
- Recipient’s working hours or the building’s opening hours
Choose a delivery window within these hours. Incorrect or missing details may cause delays, unsuccessful delivery attempts and additional redelivery fees.
Rural addresses
Rural deliveries take place in the late afternoon or evening.
If you’re unsure of the exact address, include the recipient’s contact details in your order comments so we can arrange delivery.
If no one is home
We’ll leave the flowers in a safe place. If our courier cannot access the property or find a safe place, we’ll contact you.
Redelivery, including delivery to a corrected address, incurs an additional fee.
Wedding delivery
We’ll arrange a suitable delivery time on your wedding day or the day before. Bouquets arrive in water and a box for safe transport.
