Delivery

We strive to offer the fastest possible and safe delivery Auckland wide!

We currently offer two standard delivery time slots:


  • First Delivery: Between 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM (orders must be placed by 10:00 AM)
  • Second Delivery: Between 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM (orders must be placed by 1:00 PM)


⚠️ Important: Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be automatically rescheduled to the second delivery slot (4:00 PM – 6:00 PM).

For urgent deliveries outside these time frames, please contact us to discuss a custom option. We may be able to arrange delivery via Uber — please note that this may incur an additional fee.

Please note: Orders including cupcakes and baked goods must be placed in advance.

Fresh flowers in Auckland - same-day delivery

Business Address

For efficient delivery to the business address, please ensure that you provide us with the precise details, including your office number, level as well as business working hours.

Rural Address

Please note all deliveries to this area will be made in the late afternoon or evening If you do not know the exact address for delivery be sure to give us the recipient’s contact details in the order’s Comments section, so that we can arrange delivery.

Unsuccessful Delivery

If no one is home to receive the flowers, we will leave them in a safe place. If our courier cannot access the property or there is no safe place to leave them, we will contact you. Re-delivery or incorrect addresses will incur a re-delivery fee.

Pickup in Store

In store collections are possible, please select “pick up in store” when placing your order. Please also specify your approximate pick up time in the NOTE  so we can have your order ready for you.

Wedding Delivery

Delivery of wedding orders are arranged for a suitable interval on the actual day or the day before. These bouquets always arrive in water and in a box for safe and easy transportation.

Refunds - Belle Bouquet Ltd.

At Belle Bouquet Ltd., we are dedicated to providing the highest quality in our floral arrangements. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us directly at 021 038 6005 or via email at bellebouquetnz@gmail.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to accept returns if you simply change your mind. However, if there is an issue with your order, requests for returns must be made within 24 hours of delivery. If we agree to accept a return (for credit or refund, at our discretion), the items must be returned in their original condition and packaging at your own expense. Please ensure that the products are securely packaged, as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items in transit.

In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 15% of the invoice value may apply for accepted returns. Refunds will be processed at our discretion using the original payment method.
