Pricing
All prices listed on this website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 15%. Prices and delivery charges may be adjusted at any time without notice.
Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. If a product is unavailable, we will do our best to notify you on our website. We reserve the right to change our product offerings or modify specifications without prior notice.
Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel orders if products are listed with incorrect pricing or inaccurate information. If you have already paid for an order that is subsequently canceled, we will issue a full refund. Orders cannot be canceled once the floral arrangements have been prepared. If cancellation is requested before the flowers are made up, we will provide a full refund.
Return Policy
We are committed to delivering high-quality products. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us directly at 027 282 9517 or email us at bellebouquetnz@gmail.com. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we cannot accept returns if you change your mind.
Return Conditions
Requests for returns must be made within 3 days of receiving your order. Returns must be delivered to us at your expense in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the products until they reach us. We are not responsible for misdirected shipments or products lost or damaged during transit.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15% of the invoice value for any returns we agree to accept. Refunds will be issued at our discretion using the original payment method.
Delivery / Shipping Policy
Once your order has been confirmed, we will aim to dispatch it within the specified time frame. For Auckland locations that are not rural, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 1pm. All other Auckland deliveries are typically next-day. We generally do not recommend deliveries outside of Auckland.
We will make every effort to meet the indicated delivery times but cannot guarantee delivery if the recipient refuses the gift, the provided address is incorrect or incomplete, the recipient is not present, or it is unsafe to leave the delivery. If the recipient is not available, we will do our best to leave the flowers in a safe location, but we cannot be held responsible if the delivery goes missing or is damaged.
In the event that delivery cannot be completed, the product will be returned to our studio or our agent’s premises, and we will contact you to arrange a new delivery time. Any additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges.
Goods are securely packed before dispatch. Damage claims will not be accepted after 2 days of receiving the goods. While Bellebouquet Ltd. does not accept liability for goods damaged or lost in transit, we will assist with claims where possible.
