We will take reasonable steps to correct errors or inaccuracies brought to our attention in a timely manner.
Prices
All prices listed on the website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the rate of 15%. Prices and delivery charges may be subject to change without notice.
Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. If a product is unavailable, we will endeavour to notify you on our website. We may revise the range of products or specifications at any time without prior notice.
Cancellation of Orders
We reserve the right to cancel orders if products are listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information on our website. If payment has already been made for an order that is subsequently canceled, we will refund the amount paid in full.
Orders cannot be canceled once the flowers have been prepared. If cancellation is requested before the flowers are made up, we will provide a full refund.
Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience any issues, please contact us directly at 027 282 9517 or email store@bellebouquet.co.nz. Please note that due to the perishable nature of flowers, we cannot accept returns if you simply change your mind.
Return Conditions
Requests for returns must be made within 3 days from the date of delivery. Returns must be delivered at the buyer’s expense in their original condition and packaging. The buyer is responsible for the product until it reaches us. Bellebouquet Ltd. is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15% of the invoice price for any returns we agree to accept. Refunds (at our discretion) will be issued using the original payment method.
Delivery / Shipping Policy
Once your order is confirmed, we will aim to dispatch it within the specified time frame. For Auckland locations that are not rural, same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 10am. All other Auckland deliveries are typically next day. We generally discourage deliveries outside of Auckland.
We strive to meet the delivery time frames indicated but cannot guarantee delivery if the recipient refuses the gift, the address provided is incorrect, the recipient is not present, or it is unsafe to leave the delivery. If the recipient is not available at the specified address, we will leave the flowers in a safe location if possible, but we are not liable if the delivery is lost or damaged.
If delivery cannot be completed, the product will be returned to our studio or agent’s premises, and we will contact you to arrange a new delivery time. Additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges.
We pack all goods securely for delivery, but any claims for damage must be made within 2 days of receipt. While Bellebouquet Ltd. does not accept liability for goods damaged or lost in transit, please inform us of any issues so we can assist where possible.
