1. Warranty Period: Our helium balloons come with a warranty for 8-10 hours from the time of purchase.
2. Coverage: This warranty covers the proper inflation of the balloons and their ability to float for the specified period.
3. Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages caused by external factors such as sharp objects, extreme temperatures, or improper handling.

Delivery schedule
Auckland delivery*
(Mon-Fr): 12pm - 2pm and 4pm - 6pm.
(Sat): 12pm - 4pm.
